Fun fact! Cinnamon Sugar Cookies are also called Snickerdoodles. Isn’t that fun to say? I would love to call them that, but people kept thinking that they had pieces of Snickers in them, like the chocolate bar. I don’t think anyone should be confused about cookies so Cinnamon Sugar it is. Anywho, I love cinnamon so these cookies have them in the batter and then rolled in cinnamon sugar too. Cinnamon is one of the few ingredients that should be measured with your heart.
