You know what’s better than chocolate cookies? Chocolate cookies loaded with pecans and marshmallows! That’s what! I think a classic rocky road flavour is supposed to have almonds as their nut of choice, but I’m going with pecans. In the Ampersand cookie universe, almonds are already having their hey day in the Almond Crunch Cookie, so let’s give pecans the spotlight. As you may have noticed, we are not a nut-free facility. I wouldn’t be allowed to work here if it was.
